Intermediate Landscape Architects

Wraight + Associates Ltd is one of New Zealand’s leading landscape architectural design forward practices, we have offices in Wellington and Auckland. We specialise in public domain shaping and catalysing, focusing on the production of enduring and stimulating spaces.

We are looking for an Intermediate Landscape Architect for our Wellington office, with demonstrable excellence in design and communication. We are a studio based practice where collaboration is key, we are seeking a passionate landscape architect who is hardworking and confident in their ability to communicate design ideas clearly and precisely. Applicants should have a broad understanding of construction methods and practices and experience in documentation. The successful applicant will work on a wide range of projects collaborating with and assisting senior members of our team.

Our projects cover a range of scales and geographic locations. We are committed to a collaborative design approach, this guides the way we interact within one another within our practice and also how we as a practice operate within the many multidisciplinary teams to which we contribute our design expertise.

Intermediate Landscape Architect (4+ Years)

A minimum of 4 years experience in practice is required, with demonstrable knowledge of the design process from concept through to design detail and construction.

The successful applicant must be highly motivated and organised with a high level of competency in the following software packages:

• AutoCad
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Rhino or 3D modelling capabilities preferred, but not essential

A Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited NZ university or overseas equivalent is required. Experience working in NZ landscape architectural practice is preferred.
